I wish everyone in business was as welcoming and effortless to work with, as was the entire team at The Caravan Guys. From the minute we towed the caravan in, we were greeted and welcomed by several staff with friendliness and professionalism. We are very particular about who we go to for caravan repairs and servicing and will drive out of our way just for good service. We will definitely be repeat customers. Drew went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful. He took all the stress out of a major roof repair job and kept us informed the entire time. His industry knowledge and what he passes on is highly commendable. Emma is cherry, delightful and very switched on. Her industry knowledge is incredible and what she doesn't know she will find out for you. I am not sure of the rest of the boys in the workshop's names. I believe it was Steve who did our major repairs. He was very pleasant and very knowledgable and also did an incredible job. The staff even went above and beyond the call of duty to clean and detail the caravan when an independent contract detailer let them down (I believe his services are no longer required). Just a huge thank you to Drew and the Caravan Guys Arundal, they removed and replaced our Camec 4 seasons hatch, it was leaking after a trip to Innamincka and Coongie lakes SA which is one of the worst roads ever that’s if you can call it a road, plus the lakes were not worth the trip! anyway the guys replaced the hatch beautifully, they are very professional and the workmanship is first class, very happy with our second repair to our caravan, you’ll be greeted by Emma who is so helpful and arranges the bookings and work schedules in reception and their beautiful dog Coco, be careful or you might want to take her with you when you leave?

Recently put our van in for a service and to get a new oven fitted. A very thorough and professional job was done by the team. A big shoutout to Drew & Emma these guys kept us informed all the way and went out of their way to organise someone to come out and fix our fridge cannot speak more highly of these guys and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Oh My Where do I start? Biggest rains and floods in recent history causes our awning to collapse! We call several repairers, they all say “Sorry Mate it will take 2 months to get it fixed” Then we call Drew at Arundel The Caravan Guys. He comes to our site and does a measure up and says, yup awnings are hard to source, give me a few hours. Well Drew being the Force of Nature that he is, calls back and says Yup I found one, it will be on a truck tomorrow from Victoria! The ever patient and efficient Emma calms my nerves by ensuring it is on the truck and they have a delivery date. Well as luck would have it we are off for 4 days to our son’s wedding. No Probs says the ever positive Drew! I will drag the owner of our business out of bed and we will install it on site! They arrive exactly on time as we are pulling away to NSW for the wedding. By early afternoon I have pictures of the Awning and it is a beauty! We return home to a perfectly installed awning! What Fantastic Service!
